Our experienced writers and producers(see consultancy team)work in close partnership with our clients to fully understand the culture of an organisation. Our premise is not to present plays - but snapshots of employees at work that can be used with expert faciliatation to draw out key learning points linked to the training objectives. Our clients have full access to the script editing process and we welcome their experience in making sure that our scripts are accurate reflections of the employees day to day working lives.
Although using theatre and role-play can have a high impact, and be particularly useful when looking at emotive subject areas such as diversity, stress and challenging behaviour, the focus is always kept on enabling learners to de-brief a scenario, and use forum theatre techniques to get explore the motivation and management technique.
Our actors (see resumes) are a close knit, diverse team with years of experience work in the public and private sectors. Many have experence of teaching and facilitating and are specialists in delivering authentic role play in a training room atmosphere. Their national and international experience is wide ranging and their professionalism and expertise is unequalled. When asked to work on a larger stage - conference performances for example - there too, they have the breadth of experience to deliver first class accessible performances.
Our video work, either on DVD or in our E:learning programmes- also has the production values expected for top flight corporate learning - with a lightness of touch and subtle delivery that ensures the key learning objectives are always placed at the centre of the performances.
