Andrea Hall has worked extensively with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Home Office as part of their Valuing Diversity Training team. She has also worked with medical students at Guys Hospital, Addenbrookes Hospital, St. Thomas' Hospital and Imperial College. Andrea's role-play skills have been used in Customer Service Workshops for National Express and Performance Management Training for Virgin Holidays. She has also appeared in training videos for the Fire Service, Cambridge Building Society, Hewlett Packard and Domiciliary Care staff. Since October 2007, Andrea has been an interactive role-player for Making a Difference, a project the FCO has rolled out to high commissions and consular posts world wide. Recently, she participated in an interactive Health and Safety seminar in Johannesburg for the mining company Anglo American.

 

Fiona Bruce has been an actor for 28 years, working in Theatre in Education and corporate training/development. Fiona has worked widely in the corporate sector as an actress/deviser/role-player. Her most recent work includes nine months delivering diversity training for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office at sixteen British Embassies in Europe and the Middle East. She has provided diversity training for the Home Office, Citibank and Government Offices. Other corporate work includes staff training for Unison and role-play with graduate engineers forThales Training. Fiona has also worked for Novartis - training sales reps in voice and presentation skills. Fiona produces plays for students of English as a foreign language, using theatre and accompanying interactive workshops to support their learning. In 2005 she researched, set up and ran training sessions for East Sussex County Council for employees needing French in order to communicate effectively with their French counterparts. Fiona is a qualified teacher of English as a foreign language. She has worked in France and Spain and speaks French and Spanish fluently.

 

Owen Aaronovitch has been a professional actor for 26 years, working extensively in theatre-based training. He began his career at the Coventry based Belgrade Theatre-in-Education company which was one of the pioneers of interactive and forum theatre in the UK. Owen has worked with a range of consultants to provide theatre based training for clients in the public and private sector. Those clients include government departments such as the FCO, DTI, the Home Office and the Civil Service HR division. Others are the Metropolitan Police Authority, Shell Expro, Sussex Probation Authority, Eurotunnel, NHS, Portsmouth Housing Association, Lohmann, TPR, B and W, APV Engineering and British Gypsum. Owen's training portfolio covers areas such as diversity and inclusion, management styles, negotiation and influencing, conflict management and resolution, project management, arrears collection, interview preparation, communication, customer care and winning bids. Owen has also been developing theatre as a means of supporting the teaching of English to overseas students.

 

Mark Vincent is a highly experienced actor/trainer, having worked in the fields of Diversity and Inclusion since the year 2000.Well versed in corporate role play and forum theatre techniques, he has performed in highly skilled training teams both in the UK and internationally, from Syria to Washington DC. Mark delivers custom designed programmes, with significant client input to suit specific requirements, goals, and training needs. Present and former clients include, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Barclays, HSBC, London South Bank University, the V&A museum, the Home Office, the Government Office, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and the NHS.

 

Wendy Kweh trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She has worked for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in acting as well as training capacities across Australia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe in programmes designed for senior and middle management. She has also provided role play situations for hospitals abroad and drama therapy for families in counselling.

 

Marcus McConnell is a writer and performer. He has wide experience in corporate role-play and theatre productions. Recent clients include Citigroup, NHS primary care, Hewlett Packard, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Home Office, Department for Education and Skills, East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, BT Openreach, Aviva, St George Mental Health Trust, Norwich Union, Ecclesiastical Building Society and Gloucestershire Constabulary.

 

Spencer Cummins is an actor who has worked in role-play scenarios for Britvic and Hays. He has also featured in training films for the Fire Service, B&Q and Barclays Bank.
